Re-SIGAP (Integrated Service Information System) is a digital platform developed to streamline and integrate the registration process for various technical services at B4T. In this project, I worked as a Backend Developer, responsible for designing and developing RESTful APIs, translating business requirements into scalable backend solutions, integrating the BNI eCollection Payment Gateway, and connecting backend services with a Next.js frontend application. I also performed end-to-end API testing using Postman and prepared technical documentation to ensure the system remained stable, well-documented, and maintainable for future development.
A web-based sentiment analysis platform monitoring public responses to the Indonesian government's free lunch policy. Works in real-time using a BERT deep learning model to analyze opinions from social media and presents results in interactive visualizations.
- Designed and developed RESTful APIs by translating complex business processes across nine institutional technical services into secure and scalable backend solutions, enabling an efficient multi-stage service registration workflow.
- Collaborated closely with service stakeholders through regular requirement-gathering sessions to analyze business needs and ensure the implemented technical solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Integrated the BNI eCollection Payment Gateway, implementing both Open Billing and Closed Billing workflows, along with an inquiry synchronization mechanism to validate transaction statuses in real time.
- Integrated backend APIs with a Next.js frontend application and implemented a real-time polling mechanism to provide users with responsive payment status updates.
- Conducted end-to-end API testing using Postman to ensure system reliability and functionality, while producing comprehensive technical documentation to improve long-term maintainability and support future development.
- Developed the D'Journey extranet website as a dashboard for open trip operator partners.
